Whether you're program is intended for 10 people or 1000, Chef Stacy delivers customizable programs such as, cooking demonstrations and tastings, workshops, nutrition education, cultural cuisine talks and history lectures. She masterfully combines education and entertainment with a delightful style and an infectious passion for the culinary arts.
CULINARY INSTRUCTOR
Chef Stacy is passionate about developing and supporting the next generation of culinary professionals. Looking to move ahead in the kitchen or need help developing your existing team? Chef Stacy teaches culinary arts skills and techniques to those preparing for employment in professional kitchens or desiring career advancement in the hospitality or culinary industry. One-on-one or group training available.
CERTIFIED SERVSAFE
INSTRUCTOR & PROCTOR
Need help ensuring that all areas of your business are aligned, certified, and properly trained on food safety standards required by the ServSafe curriculum and the local regulatory authority? Chef Stacy provides private, on-site ServSafe Manager Course instruction, training and exam proctoring for employees, managers, and owners.
In addition to certification instruction and training, she can help create action plans and best practices to improve health department scores, and oversee planning, scheduling, setup and trainings for existing restaurants, new restaurants, and community organizations.
PODCASTING

Chef Stacy hosts the food and travel podcast, The Culinary Compass, A Chef's Guide to Eating Across Ohio's Shores and Islands. The podcast features the iconic food and flavors worth traveling to Ohio's north shore for! Tune in for tours and interviews with legendary restaurants, chefs, wine makers, event and festival planners, fisheries, markets, farms, dairies, bakeries and more!

FOOD STYLING
Chef Stacy is a creative chef with a n artistic eye. As a food stylist, she creates displays of food for photo or video shoots rather than preparing food for taste. She honed her food styling skills in NYC at the International Culinary Institute intensive course in 2014.
